This year’s International Veterinary Immunology Symposium is taking place August 13-16 at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel in Seattle, WA. Dr. Annie De Groot (CEO/CSO) has been invited as a guest speaker.

Her presentation is scheduled for Friday, August 16, from 10:30AM to 12:00PM, in Salon A. The title of the talk is as follows: New Immunoinformatics Tools for Swine: Designing Epitope-driven Vaccines, Predicting Vaccine Efficacy, Making Vaccines on Demand.

ABOUT IVIS:

Partially sponsored by the International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS) Veterinary Immunology Committee and organized by the American Association of Veterinary Immunologists (AAVI), the IVIS conference is designed to bring industry, government, and academic specialists together.

Attendees will be provided with an update and overview of new information in basic and applied veterinary immunology, including topics on protective immunity, vaccine strategies, important disease targets, and veterinary reagent development.
